Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
All orders are typically shipped within seven calendar days. Please allow 28 days from ordering for delivery before enquiring. Our shop is staffed by one part-time staff member who personally packs and sends all orders, so we appreciate your patience and understanding that they can only respond to enquiries during their working hours.
UK delivery
All orders are sent via Royal Mail’s 48 hour tracked delivery service, with an average delivery time of 2-3 working days. We aim to post orders within seven calendar days from the point of purchase.
International deliveries
We dispatch all of our overseas orders via Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service with an average delivery timeframe of 2 weeks. All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes which may incur additional costs. Please check your order tracking details, as you may have to collect your order from customs or a post office.
Due to the volatile nature of US import duty charges, we are sadly no longer able to ship to the USA.
Returns
Please note that our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

In certain cases, only partial refunds can be granted (if applicable):

Books with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note: if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. From this point, we recommend contacting your bank as there is often some processing time to consider before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at merch@novaramedia.com.
Gift purchases
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product(s), please email merch@novaramedia.com for our return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
